On March 25, 2024, I placed an online order with this company for two bling name badges. My order number was bling025048. I was charged $38.50, which included $8.50 for shipping and handling via first class **** mail. After placing my order, I received an order confirmation via email stating due to heavy incoming orders, layouts will be emailed for you to view within 72 hours. However, nearly two (2) full weeks passed, and I had not received the promised layout. Accordingly, I emailed the company to request a status update on April 5, 2024. On April 6, 2024, the company responded by emailing me a layout with instructions that I should only reply to the email if I had a revision. Otherwise, I was advised to click a link to accept the layout. Unfortunately, the layout did not depict either badge as Id intended, and one badge included wording that was in both a regular font and italics. I emailed the company with my corrections within one hour of receiving their April 6th email. Nearly three (3) full weeks passed after sending that email containing corrections, and I had not heard back from the company. Consequently, I emailed the company a status request on April 25, 2024. I noted in my status request that one of the badges was a gift, and I needed it by the month of May. It is now May 1, 2024, and I have yet to receive any response from this company.Customer Answer

Please note that, when I checked my mailbox today (June 4, 2024), I discovered that instead of refunding my money as I'd requested in my BBB complaint, Bling Name Badges, the company against which I filed my complaint, had mailed me two name badges.
Unfortunately, there is still a big problem because the company did not make the corrections that I'd emailed them about back on April 6, 2024 in connection with one of the badges. Accordingly, my complaint remains unresolved.
As I'd explained in my BBB complaint, this company's customers are required to review a proof of the name badges and inform the company of needed corrections before the company will print the badges. In fact, the company requires that customers click on a special link to accept the proofs before the company will manufacture the badges.
As I previously explained to BBB and documented with supporting emails, the company finally sent me a very proof for my badges on April 6, 2024 and asked that I respond if I had any corrections. I responded within an hour on April 6th and provided corrections for both badges. My email clearly said:
For the Golden Soror badge, will you please put Eta Omicron by itself on the second line and Zeta Chi Omega Chapter on its own underneath on a third line? If the word "Chapter" makes the third line too long or look odd, it is fine to delete the word "Chapter."
That is to say, the badge should have read:
Eta Omicron
Zeta Chi Omega Chapter
OR (if the third line was too long with the word "Chapter")
Eta Omicron
Zeta Chi Omega
The Golden name badge that I received had NONE of these corrections. In fact, it lists a chapter that does not even exist. Specifically, contrary to my corrections, the Golden badge I received reads:
Eta Omicron Zeta Chapter [Chapter that does not exist.]
Chi Omega Chapter [Should have read Zeta Chi Omega Chapter, which is my Virginia chapter. Chi Omega Chapter is a North Carolina chapter that I am unfamiliar with.]

Needless to say, I remain extremely disappointed with this merchant. If this company wanted to resolve the delivery issues related to my order, they should have first contacted me and sent me a corrected proof (which is their own company policy) instead of just mailing mailing me items nearly three months after my order was placed without first sending me a corrected proof to confirm that my submitted corrections had been made.
This has been a huge ordeal, and at this point, I would still like a refund for the Golden badge (because it is going to have to be thrown away as a result of all of the erroneous information contained on it), and I would also like a refund of $4.25, which is one-half of the $8.50 that I was charged for shipping. .
Please let me know if there is anything else that I need to do regarding my unresolved complaint.

The business contacted me on June 3, 2024 to inquire about the misprints on the name badge, which had finally been shipped to me after I filed my BBB complaint. (Please see attachment.) The business subsequently mailed me a correctly-printed name badge. Accordingly, complaint ID ******** can be marked resolved.Thank you.

I ordered three custom badges on 3/27/2024. Order # ******. One badge was to show the name as ******************************** and the other two were to show the name as ************************************************. The receipt showed the names as requested however the badges were received relatively quickly but were incorrect without explanation. I have sent emails and left voicemails for a week, with no response. I have asked if the badges were sent that way due to space limitation or simple error. It would be nice to have an explanation and have the badges corrected if possible.Business Response

We usually send a proof for approval before shipping. However the number of calls for Badges for Regionals and Crossings meant hiring more people.Procedures were not followed. I apologize and will get the proof to you to review and sent correctly. I will address on Monday. I also have a new person that answers phone calls, that is a concern for me to address as well.
I hate you had to go to this length but thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:On 3/27/2024 I ordered three name badges. I paid a total of $47.50 including shipping. Unfortunately, two of the three name badges was received with incorrect imprinted information. I made numerous calls, left voicemails, and sent emails to no avail. Eventually someone from the company contacted me after I filed a complaint with the BBB. We copy and paste the information the customer sends. We did that and th order was approved and sent with no revisions. I spoke with ****************** on the phone about her order which I saw was sent correctly. but made revisions from the phone call. Sent those badges. Now she has several badges with her name. I ordered a name badge from Bling Name Badges, Inc., on February 20, 2023 and have yet to receive my order (#bling******). I contacted them via email on March 12, 2023 requesting the status of my order. I received an email on March 12, 2023 stating that they will process my order. I emailed them again on March 28, 2023 requesting the status. I have not received a response. I telephoned them on April 4, 2023 and April 7, 2023 and left voicemail messages requesting the status. I have not received a response. I would like a refund of my money paid for the item I did not receive.Business Response
