      L&L Restorations was absolutely fantastic to work with. Everyone on the team was incredibly friendly and professional, and they made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. ******* was wonderful right from the very first inspection he made sure all of my questions were answered and helped me understand what to expect throughout the entire process. ******** was so helpful and energetic, with such a bright and positive disposition that really lifted my spirits. ******* was excellent as well, ensuring everything was done to my satisfaction and always ready to answer questions. In fact, the entire crew was open, communicative, and willing to go above and beyond on multiple occasions to help me adjust and feel comfortable with what was happening. I truly appreciated their kindness and expertise, and I would gladly work with them again. Highly recommended!

      I called this company on June 5th., explained to ******* why I suspected my tiny home had mold and told him Im still recovering from pneumonia, he was so polite and knowledgeable and he came out to look at the issue same day. I was right, he explained everything to me in detail and sent the quote that evening, the most detailed quote Ive ever seen. I just retired from property management and I know difficult finding an honest vendor for anything can be. ******* and his team of two extremely polite and professional men came to do the remediation in less than four days, trust me, thats rare. They removed all mold, took so many pictures, had me look at boards they removed and had me enter the area to view once all was removed. Ive honestly never encountered anyone so nice and extremely knowledgeable of this type of issue. Very grateful!

      Lorenzo provided remediation services for our house following a Class C blackwater flood that damaged the floor, the sheetrock, and the furniture. Lorenzo was incredibly reliable, prompt and pleasant to work with; covering all of the details large and small that allowed us to feel safe returning to our home. His work was turnkey, removing the damaged material, cleaning and sanitizing, and filing with insurance. I would highly recommend Lorenzo for use in the future.

      We had a hot water leak under our house that resulted in mold. The L&L team came in and removed the mold in less than a week. They were very responsive to all of our questions and needs and extremely professional as well as courteous. We highly recommend Lorenzo and his team!

      Lorenzo and his team were phenomenal. We have lived in a rental house for over a year and a half with ongoing mold issues due to a structural leak and an additional leak that Lorenzo found we did not know about. The rental company had hired someone last year who did not get the job done. Lorenzo‘s team came in quickly assess the problem and got straight to work. They stood up for me and my family‘s health with our rental company and made sure that they could see the issue through to completion. The team was very professional, extremely courteous and worked fast. If you want to restoration done right I was highly suggest going with Lorenzo and his team.

      Lorenzo and his crew work well together. They got my floors out in no time. Cleaned up everything and were professional it was great. He's been trying to keep us informed with what is going on with the job and claim process.

      Looking forward to the next step, with new floor installation and drywall work.

      I would recommend him to do this job.
