    It is unfortunate that I have to write this negative review of this business. They come across as nice, caring, helpful people but in the end they are not. My experience was painful and dishonorable to my lost loved one. They spoke of honoring her memory and carefully sorting her things. Instead, they, without consulting the family, donated, threw away, or otherwise got rid of the bulk of her estate and sorted just enough of value to cover their costs. Adding insult to injury, after informing the family that all of the inventory had been unknowingly disposed of and the sale had netted no profit at all, this firm tried to extort more money from this grieving family in the form of previously undisclosed additional fees. Shameful, unethical behaviors in my opinion. Like wolves in sheep’s clothing who promise joint rewards but then rob you of it all. My recommendation is don’t let this company rob you too. Avoid at all costs!
