    When called Vio Med Spa to make the appointment, I told them that I wanted to book an appointment for promotion price hydrafacial of $179, one appointment for my mom and the other one for myself. My mom and I went to our appointments at *********** in Winston Salem on 6/7/25 my mom and I were checked in by the manager name *******. When checking out, ******* the manager told us that only one could get the special pricing and I told her that I was not told that. She replied that because only one person called to make an appointment, only one could get the special pricing and not both. I stated to ******* that no one expressed that to us prior to making an appointment and their recording even said that they are running a special for hydrafacials at $179. My mom received the promo price but I paid the full price. ******* was rude and unwilling to honor any pricing that was stated on their recording and social media. When I called back to asked more questions about and discussed concerns, she hung up on me twice and when I asked for her superiors name, she stated that she was not going to give me that information. ******* the manager her behavior was very dismissive, without empathy, or unwillingness to make things right and not respect to the client( me) at all. Very poor quality of customer service. ******* also charged to my account an additional $159 when cancelling my membership and without my authorization. I am only disputing $159 that was charged to my account and without authorization.
