  I was looking for a screen printer. I was contacted by someone (in June I think) who said her shop would be open in late July/early August and she'd be happy to help. We discussed everything. This included me seeing the sizing of the print on the shirt, the price so I could pay the designer ($2 per shirt), I sent her a copy of the print over a month ago. She waited until the last 2 weeks to tell me there was a problem with my print (copyright) which took time to correct. She created a mock up without explaining it accurately to me because it looked like it was huge. And then she told me I couldn't come and watch the sizing being done. She was following the standard sizing, Refused to take any feedback and told me she wasn't going to work with me because I was micro managing her. She also refused to give me the $2 we discussed for months.
  So our HS reunion is in 3 weeks and she told me she wouldn't work with me. After I waited months for her store to open, forgave the fact she didn't look at the print and tell me about problems.
  I was still willing to work with her. I told her this is not the correct way to deal with customers. Either her way or nothing. You can't not be open to critique. And when she cut me off? I asked her if she wanted me to leave a bad review? I then got a message from her wife telling me not to threaten her wife! Her wife is now threatening to call the cops on me for threatening them with a bad review. There are other bad reviews on this business.

  Unfortunately ***** appears to leave out a lot of information when she leaves her reviews. Like the part where she didn't wait months for the business to open, the part where she kept arguing back and forth about our processes, the fact she expected us to change our rules just to accommodate her, the part where she literally threatened to unalive herself to myself, my wife and people in a Facebook group because 2 months before her event we let her know we did not want her order AND the fact that she mailed material to our store after we told her NOT to contact us anymore. Why did we threaten police *****? Was it because you kept messaging Suzy even after we asked you to stop? It's interesting you left a review for something we could've pressed charges against you for. Also interesting how there were other bad reviews on the business but it wasn't even open yet according to you.

  This was almost a year ago and I’ve had zero contact. The gemstones were an offering of peace. I felt very threatened and was worried for my life. I never said I was going to kill myself.
  Her partner did make promises to me and was very late with delivery. I asked to see the process due to curiosity and to ensure the image was fine. The T-shirt company I did work with let me go through their entire warehouse. Showed me everything.
  Frankly I’ve moved forward. Sad to say despite all their negative Yelp reviews they would say a word to make themselves look worse.
  I studied law. There are zero charges that you could file. So you really don’t sound knowledgeable.
  All a shame because I could have brought you more jobs.
  Ancient history. Moving on.
  One final thing? You may not have had a store front? But the partner said she was printing out of the T-shirt’s at home. Too bad you have no control over those reviews and can’t turn them off like you did with FB.

  My reply is late because i don't spend my time on here. We don't use the BBB and aren't accredited because it's pay to play. I like how you came through and lied entirely though. I've got the screenshots of where you threatened to unalive yourself multiple times....we never threatened you to make you feel "unsafe" unless the police make you feel that way lololol. You threatened yourself because you are unwell. I don't care who let you walk through where that wasnt even relevant. Im glad someone was nice enough to help you. You got ****** because we didn't want your business but the thing is there are tons of us because we get to choose who we wish to work with Same as you get to choose. We just didn't align, clearly. Super simple. You felt entitled to us having to take your order which is actually cringe. Luckily, I dont want any business sent to me from you because i didnt want YOUR business. You are a particular kind of customer i do not wish to serve and those folks usually keep the same kind of company. You'll be happy to know we don't have Yelp reviews, literally zero Yelp reviews at all, are you okay? What we do have is a thriving business no thanks to you. You realize we've been in business since 2005, right? Also...you didn't study law and you're just a gross compulsive liar. We definitely could've pressed charges when you were harassing us, mailing things we told you not to, continuing to contact us after we requested you cease doing so AND defaming us. Thanks and have the life you deserve! I can keep doing this yearly if you'd like?
