    I ordered a remote control for a fan. They sent the wrong one. When I asked them about it, they confirmed they sent the wrong one and would send me a return label. They said after they get the remote back they would credit my amex. This was over a month ago. I have reached out to them multiple times for the return label to no avail.

    7/17/23 - Bought a new ******* *** ******* box, paid 273.25.
    7/19/23 - Received damaged box.
    7/19 or 20 - Contacted seller through their website telling them box arrived used and damaged with a bent coaxial port.
    7/20/23 - Contacted seller through Amazon Pay requesting refund for damaged item.
    7/26/23 - I received an email telling me that I did not package the item the same way I received it (not true, I used the exact same packaging) and the coaxial cable punctured through the box and got damaged. So they would not be refunding my money.
    7/27/23 - 6: 36 a.m. I emailed back sending pictures of the damaged unit I received including the bent coaxial cable port, and also all the scratches on the unit showing it was not new.
    7/27/23 - 6:08 p.m. I emailed again asking if they were going to respond to me.
    They refused to answer me and I have not gotten my refund. I paid for a new unit, but I received a used and damaged unit. They are trying to turn things around and blame me for the damaged unit. Fortunately I took several pictures of the unit as I received it and am including those pictures. I am also including copies of the emails. They are trying to steal my money. I want my full refund of 273.25.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  On 8/14/23 I received an email telling me they were going to open a case and that I would "probably" get a refund.  On 8/11/23 I send another email telling them that I want my full refund now.  They did not respond.  I am angry and hope my complaint gets posted because others need to know about this company.

    I purchased a remote and it doesn’t work. The website says you can contact them and that if it doesn’t work a refund is guarantee. My remote doesn’t work. I have left several messages, emails, texts, and tried using their chat on the website. I have never received assistance or communication in regard to the remote not working or the request for a return/refund. The only communication I received was verifying I got the correct remote for the tv. I told them it didn’t work and I wanted a refund. I have not had any phone calls/messages, texts, or emails returned. I would like the refund which is guaranteed by the company even though they’re not responding. After I told them I that was contacting the bbb they decided to finally respond but aren’t understanding I don’t have an order number and aren’t providing me with it.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept it. Even though the business has finally issued a refund, it should NOT take me filing a complaint with the bbb to get a response. Over the course of a month I reached out over 10 times using various methods and they never made it a priority to respond or acknowledge the countless messages. Yet, when I told them I filed a bbb claim they reached out numerous times that day. Definitely not a way to do business and will not be recommending them to anyone for any reason. Instead, I’d recommend they stay away.
