    I bought an **** 2015 on March 13, 2023, from ***** **** ******* located in ******* ***** **. I had put down 4188.00 car price is 12,992.96 When I had purchased the car dealer told me to wait so she could put some oil in it I didn’t think nothing of it cause when I had test drove the car it had no signs of any issues but she did mention she would get a oil change for the vehicle which she did March 14 so I brought the vehicle back and she had got an oil change, on March 16 the oil light came on I message and explain to her the oil light had came on Deedee stated I should take the car by autozone I did right away and was told it may have a leak I explain to DeeDee and was inform to take it by the same place she got oil change from they put more oil in for me March 23 light came back on I inform Deedee about that she stated she was waiting on Mikey to check on scheduling appt with their mechanic. I continuously kept on putting more oil in until I had heard back from dealer. March 30 I stated to Dee Dee I need to come bring my car back because it doesn’t start some days and would like for it to be checked asap. Heard nothing back from her so at this point it’s a waiting game for me but I’m still paying for oil repeatedly. The third week of April I had to bring in the remaining of my money that I owe on the car I came by the dealership spoke to her to give money and I stated Im still having issues she told me they were still waiting on a date for me to get appointment with an mechanic. April 29th car was running hot and I stopped by auto zone and the worker had put antifreeze and oil in my vehicle at this point I’m overly stressed out and sent Dee Dee another message regarding the car. May 7th the car broke down and I was stuck on the side of the road the dealership was closed so unfortunately I had paid for it tow to dealership come to find out the engine blew and now I am stuck without a vehicle. could someone please help me I would greatly appreciate it thank you.

    On July 1, 2022, I paid $1,300 in cash to Triad Auto Gallery as a deposit to hold a vehicle on the behalf of my granddaughter for a 2014 Chevy Cruze that she was interested in purchasing to allow the car to be placed on hold until my return from vacation on July 13 in order to further assist my granddaughter with the process, The owner/Salesmans agreed to this particular stipulation. On July 15 my granddaughter and I went to the dealership to sign some paperwork and take the vehicle to ******* ******* ******* to complete and finalize the purchase of the sale, however when we were heading to the finance company the vehicle started to make an unusual sound that was not originally making at the time of test driving my granddaughter and I immediately took the vehicle back to the dealership and informed the salesman (Johnny W***) as well as contacting the finance company to inform them on want was going on, once we arrived at the dealership the salesman looked under the hood of the car and he stated that it appears to be the drive tensioner belt, I informed the salesman that I going to a nearby mechanic shop to have the vehicle inspected, once the vehicle was inspected it was determined that the vehicle has some excessive oil leaks within the oil pan gasket, timing cover gasket, valve cover gasket as well of the tensioner belt is bad and alternator will eventually give out due to the excessive oil leaks. My granddaughter as well as myself have requested on numerous occasions via email that $1300 deposit be refunded. On July 30 my granddaughter received an email stating that their policy is that deposits are non-refundable in which that was not the case at the time of the submission of the deposit on July 1, this policy did not come into effect until myself and granddaughter started requesting the refund, at the time that the deposit was given there was nothing written or displayed that deposits are non-refundable, I do have verifiable documents to support this claim.
