    John is the most professional gentleman I have dealt with in a really long time! After an estimate with a roofing company I was told I had Bats so I reached out to 2 companies and John came the next morning. When I called to make the appointment, He told me that He and his partner would be at my home for the free inspection between 8-9 am and He would call when He was in route which He did. I ask that He provide proof of License and Insurance which He did first thing. Before He entered my home both him and his partner placed booties, masks and gloves on to perform the inspection in my attic and they took photos of anything that needed to be noted with an ipad (which was large enough to see). John and his partner inspected the main attic, the attic over the sunroom and then the roof. When He finished the free inspection, He suggested putting up stainless Steel screens over my 3 eves of my house on the outside, replacing one boot on the roof and then placing the tube(allows bats to leave but not enter) nearest to where the 3 bats had moved into. I felt the estimate He quoted me was very reasonable! So My next question was how soon can you take care of this. He completed these tasks in a couple of hours. I then ask about droppings I saw outside on the driveway under the nesting area and stated that I had a dog. He cleaned it up with his shop vaccum and sprayed something for cleanup which He told me would be safe for the dog in about 2 hours!. The final part of the process is that the tube gets removed in 5-8 business days and then the final cleanup in the attic. John put my mind at ease by letting me know during the inspection that the bats were confined to the small attic space on the back of my house and that they had probably just recently moved in (less mess, and health risks)! John provided me with before and after pictures. Lion Defense warranties their work for 2 years and John said the screen could be good for between 10 to 20 years!
