      My daughter ****** ***** completed drivers education with this school 2 years ago but was erroneously entered into the ** Medical Review program as the result of erroneous paperwork filed by the school. Her Physician has requested that she be removed being that she only has mild Asthma which is well controlled. We have asked for assistance since day 1 of discovering the error which lead to her having to have additional physicals to obtain her license and every year following. Her drivers license is currently suspended due to 1. her physician refuses to lie and say she does not have a respiratory illness which would appease the *** and 2. the *** is refusing to accept the physicians statement as a result of this we have since retained an attorney that has costed us $1,000.00 out of pocket because the *** will not remove her from the program. We have contacted the driving school and they told us it was no longer their problem. They were paid and proper service was not rendered, they are in breach of contract as their sole job was to ensure my daughter was in compliance with all ** laws so that she could utilize her driving privilege. They have offered no solution nor compensation for the extensive amount of time and effort we have had to utilize trying to resolve this issue. If we are not reimbursed for attorney fees we will initiate a claim in civil court as well. Simply put they were paid for a service that was not completed, their negligence and incompetence has caused significant loss of wages, time, stress and anxiety yet they offer no assistance in resolving the problem.
