    Purchased a Police Force Tactical PFMTF50 flashlight from a local show at Veteran's hall in Santa ***** last Sunday. When I got home to test it, it didn't work due to the charger or rechargeable battery was defective. I tried calling the event coordinator and they said the vendor that sold the item had already left the show. So emailed to manufacturer on warrant sheet - Streetwise Security that the item was not working. Here is their initial reply:Proof of purchase is required for service. Refer to the ***************** section of your instructions for more information. Please reply to this email with a copy of your receipt and we can assist you. Make sure the receipt has the item number and name of the item printed on it. If your shipping address is not on the receipt, please include it in the email. If you do not have a receipt, please contact the retailer you purchased the PFMTF50 from.I replied and send a copy of my credit card transaction to them as my proof of purchase, but it was denied. In general, this company is not honoring my warranty request after two attempts via email and stated "LIFETIME" and the issue of the defective item isn't valid toward being non warranty as stated on the included warranty documentation. Their claim proof of purchase / lifetime warranty is invalid and not compliant based on my findings.

    They have sent me an upgraded version of the flashlight that was not working.  Thanks everyone including Street Wise Security and BBB in getting my issue resolved.
