    I inquired about having a new outswing / French door installed at my home. The salesman came out on 11/14/23 to take measurements. In part of his spell, he said that the new door came with a lifetime warranty. He left me a Window World brochure to read. As I looked through it I found in the fine print that Window World does not honor any "Expressed" (in other words what the sales person tells you) warranty other than that of the manufacturer. I found out that the manufacturer who is ******* does not offer a lifetime warranty on the door. Only 5 to 10 years on most parts. I share this in the hope that it will encourage anyone who is thinking of doing business with Window World, will take the time to read and understand what they might be getting into. Sales persons who only tell you half truths or out and out lie to you in order to make a sale; undermine any trust that I might have in doing business with this company.
