Our deposit of $8653.34 was given to **** ********* on March 30, 2022. The project was started in mid April and has yet to be completed on this date August 31, 2022. We have made additional payments of $28,740.43 to **** ********* and $4,300 to ********* Landscaping.

During this time ******* **** came to our home only four times. First time to meet us and review our project. Second visit to explain minimal details to his crew from ********* Landscaping. Third visit to install the waterfall. Fourth and final visit on August 26th he came at our request to try and reach a solution on getting our project completed.

At the start of the wall project they mixed their cement in the bucket of their front loader, then after I pointed out to them that the wet cement was leaking we gave them our wheel barrel to mix the cement, then they broke our wheel barrel, then left the job to go buy a wheel barrel. After a few days of this they finally came with a cement mixer, which they stored on our lawn along with a pallet of cement, this ruined our lawn. They used our hose and broke the nozzle.

While digging our yard they dug up our irrigation system  cutting the station wires, they attempted to fix it but made it worse. We had to have our irrigation system service company come out to repair it. Which cost us money.

Several sections of our lawn was destroyed when the crew stored their equipment on it for weeks at a time or rode their equipment across our lawn without protection* ******* did not want to pay for the replacement of this sod. The sod that they installed in the planned areas was not in good condition when it was laid and is now dead.

They never cleared or stored away their equipment and supplies after each visit. They left red clay dirt in our driveway after every dirt/soil project , which we had to clean up, and continued to do so after we requested they clean up.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because. In his  response he stated “this is the first he heard about it” I have saved every tex correspondence that I sent to him about the issues, including photos. This correspondence goes from May until August. I do not know how to send a copy of all of these tex to you. He new about all of our issues and complaints, these tex will show that. Plus we had several conversations about what we are not satisfied with. There are so many! his response to you he is just looking for his money and did not reply that he would finish the job. As I stated we have paid him $33,041 so far and are holding back only $2,300 until he finishes. Now this week the waterfall he installed is malfunctioning. He only wants his $2,300 and has to interest in finishing the job

    Sincerely,

    ******* *********
