    2/28/23 $27.80 approx 7 pm order#***************** I placed a mobile order to the wrong store. I noticed the error right away and called the store to cancel the order. They told me I would not be charged unless I picked the order up, this is not true. The girl working at the location I was at said I would have to contact via the app. I placed another order at the **********, ** store and paid $32.11 for the same order, however, I didn't get the deal from the app because I just placed an order. I contacted hardees via the chat while I was at the store. No response after a few days, I contacted again with no response. On Thursday, March 9 I sent another request and indicated that I would file this complaint if I had not been contacted in the 3 business days promised by the app response. I just want my money back for the food that I did not get. It has now been 2 weeks and no one has responded to me. I did finally get a call from someone who told me I needed to contact ******** through the app for refunds with the app, but I explained that I had been doing that and didn't receive a response. He said he would look into it and over a week later still have not heard anything.
