    I am writing to formally file a complaint against East Wake Furniture Store, located at *******************************************************************, regarding a transaction that took place around January 15, 2025.On that date, I visited the furniture store with a friend, and during our time there, I was pressured and harassed by the store owner into signing documents related to a furniture purchase that was to be financed through a lender. Despite my discomfort, I ultimately signed the paperwork under pressure. Thankfully, my friend witnessed the entire interaction and can verify the events.Since that day, I never received any of the furniture I was promised. I immediately notified the lender that the merchandise was not delivered and made it clear that I would not be making payments on something I did not receive. I also informed the store owner that I no longer wanted the furniture.However, I later discovered that the owner of the furniture store had been communicating with the lender behind my back, providing them with false information that contradicted what I had reported. As a result, I am now caught in a difficult and unfair situation, expected to pay for furniture that was never delivered.I am requesting the Better Business Bureaus assistance in the following:1.Investigating this matter.2.Helping me ensure the lender is fully refunded for the undelivered merchandise.3.Preventing this business from engaging in similar deceptive practices with other consumers.I have done my part to communicate clearly and honestly with both the store and the lender. Unfortunately, the stores actions have left me with financial stress and no product to show for it. I would appreciate your help in resolving this matter as soon as possible.Please let me know if you require any additional documentation or witness statements to support my claim.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
