    ******** Transport LLC has not fulfilled services (trash pick-up) yet are still billing customers and collecting payment. ******** ********************** is hired to pick up and haul off trash on a weekly basis. Without any communication, they ceased operations in early December. Our contract price is $36.87 monthly. The last month we received full service was November 2024. Customers are unable to reach ******** ********************** via e-mail or phone (voicemail is full). ******** Transport sent out another invoice today for January payment of $36.87 for services they have not provided. There are many customers who have this payment drafted automatically. This is fraudulent.

    Their trash and recycling pickup service has become increasingly unreliable. They have not picked up for the last two weeks. Ive contacted them repeatedly by phone and email to cancel our service and request a refund for missed weeks but there has been no response. They charged our credit card for $36.87 on Dec 31, 2024 after I had asked to cancel the service.I would like a refund for two weeks of service ($18.43), full refund of the $36.87 charged on Dec 31. I would also like for them to cancel our service and stop the auto pay on our credit card. Thank you,**** *******
