  POLICE CALLED, THEY RAN. My father hired this company to repave his driveway along with adding a short portion of parking space in the yard. After receiving the initial quote for the work, they began on the project. On the first day they were working, they informed us that there was more to haul away that they initially thought and was keen to charge $300 to haul it away for us. Instead of allowing that charge, we asked that they just leave the dirt in a different designated spot. They begrudgingly agreed. Then before the work was cured (less than 24 hours, the ground STILL SOFT), they decided to do the next part of the work the next day. It had been rainy and humid in our area and so my father requested that they come back to do the work another day to allow the ground work to cure. Because this is concrete paving, we wanted to make sure that the foundations are secure. The owner of the company came out to do the work the second day DESPITE the request to reschedule. They stood there and tried to explain to my dad that it didn't actually need 24 hours to cure. We thought that would be the extent of it, but the owner then used death threats and actually used the machinery to charge at my father. The police were called and we have a case number (Durham County) that was filed with an Officer ****** They used death threats and as they left, caused damage to the work they had already completed, damaged our yard, and then damaged the neighbors yard as they were exiting before the police arrived on the scene. As they damaged the neighbors yard, our neighbor approached them about the damage and they threw cash at the neighbor and drove off. They did not stay once they found out the police were involved and I find this all extremely unprofessional and suspicious. They did not do good work, they did not complete the work, and once they were asked to wait to ensure good work was done, they retaliated.

  DO NOT HIRE THEM. The owner will tell you what ever to get the job. After POOR work they offer to give you a free sealing to cover the bad job they did. The owner will send out guys to try to fix the mess. The owner never comes back to look at the work or follow up to ask if you are happy. This is not the company you want if you are looking to have a nice looking driveway for your home. The owner will never come back to check on the work done by his employees. Our driveway looks like the guy driving the machine was on Crack or Drunk. They came back 3 times to try to repair the cracks that stared after 3 mounts. Now we have patches and now the patches are cracking. They will leave trash cigarette butts, cans, bottles, broken brooms, and tar piles on the side of the driveway and in your lawn as well Boot Print in the pavement. And Yes I know paving is not the best looking and that is what the owner will tell you after he is done and has your money. We are not happy at all.
