    I purchased an item for $624.73, which was delivered and damaged. It doesn't look as if the item went through quality check before they shipped it out. I don't see anyway the item could have gotten damaged due to shipping. I returned the item the next day after chatting with an associate who said that they'll issue a refund so I can repurchase a replacement. It's been nearly a week and a half and have not received any refund. The item is almost sold out. I reached out again for assistance and this time the associate (*******) did help me but told me information I already knew. He asked me if there was anything else he can help me with? Before I had a chance to fully read his response he disconnected me and forwarded a customer satisfaction survey. My issue has not been resolved and im wondering if I'll ever see my $600 or my replacement ever again. This company and their employees are crooks with horrible service.
