      Be careful to order from this company:I purchased a couple of unfinished cabinet doors through their "The Cabinet Store" website. I received a notice on 5/10/24 that the doors would be shipped by 6/5/24 (nearly 4 weeks). I immediately responded that that was too long a wait and that I would like the order canceled. This request was denied on 5/13/24 because "the order went already into production" and per their website details, orders cannot be canceled.I call this poor customer support.

      We manufacture custom cabinet doors in custom sizes. These items are not stock items and require time to source materials, cut and assemble parts, finish, and package. We do not allow changes or cancellations once an order is placed because this is an automated process and costs are incurred immediately. We understand that first time customers are not used to this type of policy so we are very clear in our instructions and expectations. All customers, including this customer, are notified of this when placing an order. They are required to confirm that he order is correct and complete and that hey understand that the order can not be changed, canceled, or returned once submitted.This customer placed an order for 2 custom sized cabinet doors on May 10, 2024 We sent him an email with an Estimated Ship Date on May 10, 2024. The *** is June 5th, 2024 and is within the lead times posted on our website and agreed to by this customer.When the customer received the email, he emailed us complaining that was too long and he wanted to cancel the order. We informed him that the order was in production and could not be canceled. He responded with the following:"Thats pretty ridiculous! I will make appropriate commentary on all social platforms and review opportunities!"We are committed to deliver what was ordered by the customer within the promised time.
