    For the past 3 weeks, our ***** drivers have been leaving my packages at my shop door. I have specific instructions to leave any package by the front HOUSE door, on the steps. I set these instructions because my packages get stolen when left by the shop, which is closer to the road. Yesterday, my husband happened to be outside when the driver tried delivering the package to the shop door again. My husband told him that this was the shop, not the house. He also mentioned to the driver that we have special instructions to leave all packages on steps of the front door. The driver told him that he didn't have to deliver this package to him, and he left with my package! I called ***** to let them know of this. She stated that the package will be delivered today. They also told me that they will let his boss know. Well, I still haven't heard from his boss. AND I still didn't receive my package. DISAPPOINTED as I needed that item yesterday.
