    We had Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning install a Climate Master geothermal heat pump system in our new house 13 years ago with the reassurance by the owner that our heating and cooling bills would significantly be much lower. Contrary to what he told us, all during this time, we had tremendously high heating and cooling bills -- much higher than when we had our traditional furnace system. We made calls over the years about our high bills, the service technician came to our house, but nothing effective ever resulted. A few years ago during a late winter month, we had to wait over 30 days for a heat pump system part to arrive, during which time we had no heat. Comfort Zone made no attempt to offer us a space heater, which we had to buy. Last November the geothermal heat pump system quit working. The Comfort Zone service technician came to our house and made the comment that the Climate Master geothermal system "is a lemon." He also said that the systems he installed in the eastern part of the the state were "lemons too." My heart stopped when he said this. Obviously the owner of Comfort Zone also knew this. We do not recommend buying any type of heating or air conditioning system from Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning, as the owner lacks business integrity.
