      They came to move us june 1st 2023 and in the process they broke my front door. I have called them alot and just get a run around tell me they will call me back and no one does. Im selling the house and would like the door fixed or replaced. I need something to get them moving. Thank you for your help. *****************************

      We have been in contact with the customer multiple times since the incident.  We are not a general contractor in home repairs so we reached out to **************************** LLC: *********************************************************** **************.  We spoke with ***** (****************************) who had to work us into his schedule to get an estimate to fix her door.  ******** tried to order the part to fix the door (unsure if it would match because the door was old).  It did not fit.  SO he had to order a new door.  This takes a few weeks to get.  It is not something that is just sitting on a shelf in town.  I talked with ***** AGAIN today and he advised that he did in fact inform the customer about a week and half ago that he would need to order the door and it was going to take a few weeks. 

      I personally spoke with her on 8/29/23 To inform her that the trim piece was ordered and we were going to try that before ordering the whole door as the contractor said the part numbers matched and should work.  He deemed this as the proper course of action.  He stated if this did not work, he would order the door - Which he has.  He stated that it would be in 9/11/23 or 9/12/23.  This is to the best estimate that MENARDS gave him.

       

        All of our call logs are logged, as well as screened to show that we have been in contact with said customer.  She is failing to realize that I can not work any faster than the licensed contractor that we hired to fix the issue.  Nor can any of us speed up shipping of pieces.
