Items must be returned in NEW & UNUSED CONDITION. The conditionmust be the same as it was when delivered to you from the warehouse.DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING, OR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, MUST BE REPORTEDWITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT TO QUALIFY FORREPLACEMENT OR A REFUND. Refunds will be granted for items returnedwithin 30 days from when the item was received, the refund will becredited in the same form as the original payment type. The originalshipping and handling charges are not refundable unless item was provendefective. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceablemethod to the address below. If you have an exchange, additionalshipping or handling charges may be incurred. Returns, errors inpurchasing and refused shipments are subject to an additional 20%restocking fee depending on the size and value of the product. For Domestic orders please allow afull 7-10 business days for items to arrive. Additionally,Give5ToCancer ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and all otherinternational locations. Customer must please allow appropriate amountof time 2-3 weeks for items to arrive to international addresses.

International:
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders whenthe shipment reaches its destination.
