    Beyond property mgmt is beyond any repair it is so corrupt the owner ************************* and her corrupt manager ***** and their assistant *** this 3 are liars accusers.they promised me they will rent my property less than 21 days but after 3 months could not rent my property because of their bad reputation they are lazy takes 3 days to reply to the emails also play games with renter and owners their dishonestly made no renter to rent my property after 3 months BPM cancel the contract but told me to pay for cancellation fee and kept my property keys for long time in their h*** old lock box I could not enter to my property I could not rent it do not give them any business do not trust them in the beginning they are nice but after sign the contract they become monster rude liars cheaters stop do any business with them or you will lose money energy report them to BBB for their corrupt business BPM abuse real Estate law for their own h*** benefit I will do legal action against this loser lazy poor BPM ****************************** and *** are terrible liars accusers and abusers I will report them and this corrupt company to BBB,,

    This property management is so corrupt and unethical. They charge for so many erroneous fees. They won't respond to maintenance calls. We were left with no toilet and bathtub for 9 months. Only the half bath with a shower which is impossible with 3 young children. And then asked us to move so they do the repairs. Blamed us for all the damage even though the plumber said it was due to old piping. Beyond property management has drained my finances by asking me to move and not offering any compensation or assistance. With 3 young children it's not easy. And over a month later they are still trying to keep our deposit to do their repairs. So frustrating that they get away with this kind of business practices. Shameful.
