    If I could I'd give this place zero stars. All that they want is to take your money. When you fill up the application they charge you 50$ FOR A BACKGROUND CHECK. Then they say to get a co-signer, and they ALSO have to pay 50$ FOR THE APPLICATION. After that they don't even tell you have 24 hours to sign the lease, and even BEFORE you hit the 24 hour ***** they remove you from the application. Then when you ask for a refund they say no. When you also try to call them, and ask why this has happened they reply with "your causing us to many problems." When you try and explain that this isn't fair they call you "hostile about the application process. " After you try and say that you aren't they just say " Alright now were never gonna let you rent a house from our bissnuess. " then they just hang up. Overall horrible service, communication, and when they say we're loyal they really aren't. For your sake don't rent here, and try somewhere else.

    I was renting a storage unit from them. I asked about the latch on the unit. The wood was rotting and the bolts fallen out. He was very rude said it wasn't his problem and wasn't going to fix it. ***** was his name.
