***** called me last October while we were still in ********* to mail to us our Abstract, Title, Title Insurance, other relevant documents, and a refund $$$check$$$ for overcharges. I asked her to wait until we got back to ************. She said she would put it in a safe storage until we got here. We have been back in ************ since 13 November 2024. I want our documents, and please make sure the check has not expired. **** took months trying to do a job that could have been done in weeks. She would show up for work then disappear, leaving our package in her desk with notes that her supervisor had to try to interpret late at night. They give me and our realtor, **** ******, the runaround for months. Now you have been giving us the runaround again, so far for just weeks. Can you please do what you folks get paid for and are in business to do, and send us our stuff? **** has been trying to get our stuff mailed for weeks now. Your office has told him several times over that it was in the mail. Do I have to please mail our package and let's all move on? And just to let you folks know, had you gotten the job done last year in the timeframe it should have taken place, we could have moved here in decent weather instead of the freezing blowing blizzard we arrived in. As far as for your conduct and incompetence, you should owe us all an apology and maybe some $$$damages$$$. ***** just called back. We have to wait 3 days before they can reissue the cancelled expired check. They have in their possession the expired check written in October 2024, they just cancelled it, cancelled the expired check, and cannot reissue a check for 3 days. So now it will be 16 January to cut a check and resume this ongoing adventure. Let's see if it really happens. Update - ***** just did a tracking on it. It is redirected back to your office, Grand Forks. Why? She put our address as Highway 33. We are Highway 35. There is no Highway 33. Do you employ any functional people in your company?

For the past month, our realtor, **** ******, ************************** ************, ********, ************ *****, has been given the runaround and avoidance by the *************************************************** They are always "working on it". Deed/title clerk gets to work in the morning, maybe answer a phone call or email, then disappear for days. Refuses to answer. Goes home constantly for personal issues. Some of the required work was supposedly done 2 weeks ago around the first of the month. We have requested expedition of this transaction because of the life-threatening freezing temperatures that will soon become a part of our moving scenario. How can we trust, providing this even gets done, the outcome of whatever work has been done, if the person doing the work does not even know to send an original document instead of a copy. Then she waits days before answering back. Does she remember what she has done, where she left off at? The manager is supposedly going to pull the file and make sure this gets done correctly, but we have been getting that same story for a week or more now. Something is very wrong going on here.
