    Mice still in properties on ****************** ************ W ( just west of ********* Multiple calls and same story is told to everyone that calls, ******* states " your the only apartment in that building that is reporting mice. So there is no problem." 5 other renters have been calling and complaining. As you can see from the other review 5 months ago. This issue has been going on for 5 months. The mice have spread to 2 buildings now. My cloths and furniture have been ate up. I can't afford to move. I am calling the health department. The other renters are talking about getting a lawyer to discuss what they can do about getting money back for damaged and diseased items along with getting out the contract. In March alone our apartment have 5 mice that we killed with traps. Other renters trapped/killed 4 in one night.

    They also do ********************* And they don't do a good job of it either, even though I'm sure they get paid well for it. I live in one of their apartment properties that they manage here in *********. I refuse to rent from them anymore! Snow removal is minimal, at best, mice in the property, trash around the property that is hardly ever picked up. They MAY do these things that are required if you ask them, from time to time, but it's quite obvious that it is not a high priority. They make some promises too, and rarely deliver. Basically, don't rent where they manage the property.
