    **************** Beach owns and runs First Taxi in ********* **. Initially he comes off as a very and respectful and a well presented gentleman. That is why i did not not take seriously warnings I was given by several people. He found out my work hours from friends of mine and approached me and asked how much i was paying to get to and from work. He then offered me a lower price which i jumped at. He then said we have to get into a weekly contract with the fee paid upfront, of which i did for 2 weeks. The contract had a specific time for pick up. In some cases i couldnt meet my pick up time so i would tell he could leave and wouldnt ask for my money back because i had already paid and also that the inconvenience was caused by me. in fact the first 2 weeks i paid cash and was due change which he never gave and i never asked for because he is an older man, and so i just considered it as a tip. Going into the 3rd week, just after i had paid him, he starts blowing my phone an hour before pick up time. Couldn't pick up because i was still asleep. When I finally was ready at our agreed time to go to work, he was so upset and he said he had other clients and he needed to change my pick up time. He had always said that this was a contract with a gentleman's agreement and so when i told him that the new terms he was proposing were not ideal and not what he agreed on, I simply asked for my money back. He promptly said, no refunds! Not a chance! i reminded him that he was the one changing the terms of the contract and should not be penalized for that. I realize that he may have other clients, but you cannot infringe my contract to accommodate another person, not after you have been paid! I simply said that those are not the terms we agreed on, so please give me my money back. He refused and still refuses to this day! I will never trust this person. Whoever does business with this man. Do Not Pay until he has provided the service. i am so mad at myself for not listening.

    Business had a verbal contract with the customer. There are no refunds. He will no longer do business with the customer.
