      Justin is very prompt and professional and knowledgeable and polite. Service was done as promised and was very thorough. Justin alerted me to a potential issue that could happen down the road. He explained was it was; I elected to have him do a fix now than to have a bigger, expensive problem down the road. I definitely recommend Laneys service to all my colleagues, friends, and family. Definitely, 5 star

      Jenny did a great job. She was on time and quickly completed my service. The only complaint I have is the text I received from Laneys that the service tech was on the way included a picture and name of a different service tech than Jenny. The text is a good idea, I just wish it included the correct name and picture of the service tech.

      Cody and the guys did a great job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and got right to work when they arrived. When they were finished they explained everything and answered all my questions. All around the service was top notch.
