    I blew a tire, called to see if they could take a look at it, stated I was having it towed due to the tires being under their warranty. I had purchased tires 15 months prior, Tuffys replaced all 4 tires and breaks and realigned. My van was towed in after hours on a Saturday. They couldn't get it in Monday, waited till Tuesday when they called me trying to quote a new set of tires. Then just the two front tires and an alignment. I said yes to one tire and alignment. They called back 4 hrs later quoting almost $800 for caster bolts they claim were too tight to get off to realign. They were last one to realign 15 months ago but now cant? I said no, just replace tire like initially asked (Which they refused to cover, fine) then tried to get me to initial off on a half done alignment job after charging me full price. I also stated I wanted my blown out tire to see tread wear, they conveniently forgot it and never gave it to me. When I drove off my alignment was terrible! It was pulling both left and right. Prior to my tire blowing I never had this issue. They swear my alignment was off, but I did not notice; I did however notice how EXTREMEMLY OFF It was after I paid them $367. I thought they were a good trusting mechanic...boy was I wrong. Hands down the most frustrating experience Ive ever had with an Auto Service Center. They looked at me like a **** female that didn't know what I was talking about. I've only been driving this van for how many years, I clearly have no idea what an out of aligned vehicle feels like...smh.
