    I was originally paying for a monthly car wash on my personal vehicle ******* Corolla). I attempted to add a secondary vehicle (Jeep) with a different card. I was charged on both cards (one card charged 11/21/24, the other 11/22/24). The ****** Corolla was unknowingly deleted from my account and I was only able to use the car wash for the Jeep even though I had paid for both. I tried speaking with customer service but they reported that because both accounts had been used they would not issue a refund despite both accounts being used by the same car (Jeep). I have tried to speak with customer service on multiple occasions but they are refusing to refund any money they took from me even though I was not able to use the services I paid for.

    I noticed on my Barclays Athleta Mastercard statement dated 11/26/23 a charge for $29.97 for Tidal Wave car wash that was not authorized. I contacted Tidal Wave car wash on 12/11/23 and asked about the charge and I was told it was a monthly charge for unlimited car wash. I informed the girl from Tidal Wave that I didnt sign up for a monthly car wash and she told me I signed up in February 2023 and they had been charging me monthly for the service since then. I told her I only authorized a $10 charge on February 4, 2023 for a car wash promo for unlimited car washes for one month -I hadnt authorized anything else and I never used the car wash again after the promo expired a month later because the car wash was out of my way. She told me she would cancel the monthly subscription. I requested credit for ten months worth of transactions they had been charging me without authorization (March-December 2023) and she told me she could only credit me for three months worth. I said that was unacceptable as I didnt authorize any transactions but the $10 on February 4, 2023 and they had been charging me fraudulently $29 per month for ten months since then. I again told the merchant I didnt authorize these charges and the merchant told me it was past the timeframe so nothing they could do. The merchant committed fraud on my card! I went to the Tidal Wave website to leave a review and I see that many other customers have had the same issue. Something needs to be done about this company offering a promo and then fraudulently charging customers without authorization for additional charges.
