    Zerorez came to clean our carpets and they turned out great. While *** ******** was there he said he could polish our granite tops back to new. We made another appointment for the tops and he it was awful. The website says "empowered water" cleaning and he used a grinder! They not only don't look new they all need to be re-caulked. *** promised a refund and admitted his work wasn't very good. I've been waiting for a month and still nothing and he won't even call me back. I've tried to contact other Zerorez locations but because they're a franchise they can't help. I've been leaving reviews in hopes that other home owners don't have to go thru this. It cost us $724.78 just for the counters and god only knows what it will cost to have them fixed again.
