I am a client in this Credit Union since I moved to the **, I am very disappointed and feeling harmed by their customer service which failed in my concerned and also I was treated with contempt and lack of professionalism. I have I credit card ****** in this union and I had a purchase in my card which I did not do it, when I noticed I contacted immediately the institution and requested to not authorize it because I did not do this purchase. My credit card was cancelled however the bill was with the amount to be paid. To Summarize, I filled out a dispute after had called more than 4 times (each attendant use to say something different for me). The last time I called, I was told the money would be back in my account in 2 days, but again, nothing happened, I waited more 4 days and Called back to the customer service, The attendant told me the Credit Union could not do anything in my case and I felt so much angry about it, because I already filled out a complained form and Somebody told me it was already fixed, it was a matter of 2 days... I went in person in the agency on the 38th St S in Fargo, I thought I was going to be treated with respect and my problem would be solved, however, the attendant did not help me, I waited for nothing, he just came with a piece of paper and a number from **** and asked me to call, because Town Credit Union is not responsible for this issued anymore... I felt so much bad, how my bank, which I am a client for more than a 1 year, and I keep all my finances there, I have a good amount of money in this account, nobody willing to help even after I told them how many times I called (over 1 month trying to solve this problem), I felt humiliated and that I was discriminated because of my origin... The attend and my bank just gave me a piece of paper instead of calling me to the office and give me a solution after so long time ... I did not have my money back until today, and I was not treat with respect and dignity
