      The skillets that were part of the below purchase are no longer non-stick, despite following the care instructions provided at the time of purchase. I have reached out multiple times via email and phone to request warranty replacement and received no response.       Saturday July 16th I purchased a "Chinese non-stick Wok" from a vendor at the ***** State Fair called Homerun Products for a total of $211.99 (includes shipping to our business address) . I have the order number: ********. We were promised "it will arrive at your business address in just about 10 days". We have never received the item and were charged the full amount.The phone number to Homerun Products : ************ is out of order. The vendor did not give out business cards but promised this was a legitimate business providing good products and outstanding service.We want our wok ASAP or money fully refunded.My name: ***************************** Business Address that item was to be delivered to: ***************************************************************.
