    Their customer service is beyond rude and highly unprofessional. After not assisting me with a charge dispute, their customer service repeatedly sent me e-mails repeating their decision of not assisting me with an unauthorized transfer of funds. I sincerely regret using them as an online banking system.

    I am on social security disability,I went into the ******* portal to get a copy of my 1099, I saw had two messages from social security. Come to the messages found out that my social security account was hacked by this Choice Financial Group changing my direct deposit of my monthly check to account I don't owe or never heard of, I didn't make and changed to my account. If I hadn't gone into my portal I wouldn't have gotten a disability check it would of went to this fake account. So yes I am mad that these scammers and hackers can feel free to abuse steal from disabled people,and above all hacked into a government portal."This is truly SCARY."

    Worst dispute experience- clear incorrect double charge- I spoke to the accounting department on the merchant end and they took a whole day to look into it, and make sure that the funds were released and that the bank was notified. They were not keeping the funds the final bill. Hope it was settled and it is clear that the ***** should not be in the pending limbo status for over ******************************************************************************************************* the same redundant answer and Ive never had any other type of financial card or banking app or anything of the sort whether it be prepaid or otherwise take over 20 days to resolve a incorrect double charge, and the other thing is that there was enough in my account they let the merchant or whoever take the ***** and then one second later it was declined for insufficient funds so I had to add more ***** to the card even though there was an app on there and let them charge me again and they keep pointing fingers at the merchant when the merchant says it is 100% my bank and theyre not trying to even do anything about it, but give me the same stupid answer like whos borrowed my ***** for 30 days because it sure is in the hotel when I come to look on the Internet and look on the App Store, which I shouldve done in the first place and this company has some of the worst reviews and the worst issues and the same repetitive issues consistently, so I feel like these guys are fraud, and they do stuff like this in order to jack ***** from people thank you do not use Current

    I have a ************ account which is backed by Choice Financial Group. I had a fraudulent charge declined on my virtual credit card. I reached out to the company immediately and was told my card was deactivated and that new one would be issued. I even went into the app and paused my card while they were processing the change. After this discussion with customer service, Current allowed another charge to be applied to this card in my account.I contacted customer service, which I had to do via chat, and disputed the charge. They told me that it could be as much as 90 days for the dispute process. They refused to refund my funds, even though the card was cancelled and then could not locate a supervisor to assist me further. They told me that I would get an email from a supervisor to follow up, which did not arrive. I also requested a copy of the chat contents and the instructions I was given did not work so I have no record of the conversation with the agent.I have never had a bank that would not credit a disputed charge back to my account immediately. Even worse, their computer system allowed a charge to go through on a cancelled and paused card. I will be switching banks immediately. I can't trust that my money is safe with this company. The customer service is terrible.

    I have reached out to Current for assistance with no resolution. I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor, even offering to wait until one was available, and they refused to connect me. They promised that a supervisor would be reaching out to me separately via email. That also has not happened. This is TERRIBLE customer service. Since the Current system allowed scammers to post charges against and drain my bank account AFTER the card was supposedly cancelled by your fraud team I cannot trust that my funds are safe with your company..

    If I could put zero, I would. *** tried filling a dispute, but I cant! There are no options on the app, and I cant get a live person to speak with! Im $500 in the hole due to this, and I need the money to buy medicine for my daughter. Its been weeks, and I cant get a response. Ive been a customer for a while now, and Ive never experienced any problems; therefore, I didnt know there was no way to get money back or file disputes. How are they FDIC insured?

    I had my tax refund sent to my current card which is a member of choice financial group. And current locked my account saying suspicious activity. I provided all the correct legal documents to confirm my identity as well I sent my transcript to show where the money came from. They decided to close my account and hold my funds until they get a hold harmless the ***************************** Tax Product Group they told current they do not send out those so they have to either send the money back to them or send me the funds via check. But current is refusing to send the money now saying they need that from them but like TPG told them they do not provide those. So now Im homeless car taking away from me because I cant access my account. I dont know what to do can I *** them for this ?

    I had someone hack my account for over $500, This person who did it had it show up as instacart transaction which I had never used at the time. Then it switched to a young man's name. I found this young man on ******** and messaged him. I messaged him online and he called me and let me know he was also a current customer and his account had been hacked as well for over $3,000. Current support would not do anything to correct this as both he and I filed police reports. Current told us that since it showed it was a current customer to current customer that we had to know each other and would not let us dispute the transfers. Current refused to listen or even take the police report I filed. I feel they can careless and will not listen to customers. I have always felt this was a shady as I just kept being told "YOU OBVIOUSLY KNEW THE GUY, YOU SENT HIM MONEY." They refused to listen to anything I had to say. They stole my kids grocery money and I still have a bitter taste in my mouth over this.

    ***IF YOU DON'T WANT ACCESS TO YOUR MONEY, THAN THIS BANK IS FOR YOU***THE HAVE NO TRANSPARENCY, NONE. YOU CAN NOT CALL CAUSE THE WANT YOU TO GO THROUGH THE *** WHICH NEVER WORKS. ALL IT DOES IS BUFFER. THE ONLY CONTACT IS A ***** THAT ISN'T MONITORED. SO THAT *** DOESN'T WORK, THE ***** IS NOT MONITORED AND THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER CAUSE THE WOULD RATHER FOR YOU TO TALK TO A BOT. I'VE BEEN TRYI G TO ACCESS MY FUNDS WHICH THEY PUT ON HOLD ASKING FOR PAPERWORK THEY ALREADY HAVE. THE ***** ARE GIVEN TO MUCH CONTROL OVER PEOPLE MONEY BUT WE'RE TREATED LIKE CRIMINALS INSTEAD OF CUSTOMERS. WHEN DID ***** BECOME PART OF THE POLICE FORCE.
