    Fargo Woodworks truly understands the art of woodworking. They created a custom table for us thats rich in character and perfectly fits our aesthetic. The process was collaborative, the craftsmanship is flawless, and delivery was right on time. Were extremely happy with the entire experience.

    I ordered a table 5 months ago and every time I reach out to see what the status of my table is, there is an excuse as to why it is not finished. I asked for an exact shipment date and when that date came and went another excuse came as to why it is not finished.

    Will not provide all the details as they are exactly the same as other one star reviews. To summarize:* Ordered a console table seven moths ago in August, scheduled to arrive in November * Have over 20 text communications over the 7 months inquiring about the status of the order. Lots of apologies with no results.They even sent me pictures of the order boxed up and ready to ship 1 month ago.* My question: Why are they in business if they have no intention of delivering? They hired a customer service **** ******** a few months ago to address customer concerns. Great idea but you still need to make and deliver the tables. Saw the two 5 star reviews from February where two customers ordered tables and they were delivered on time. What the Heck with that. These customers get their merchandise delivered ON TIME while the rest of us just sit, wait and waste our time following up.* Am from this area and Fargo Woodworks is a disgrace to Dakotans who live and work hard in **. My advice is to suspend your website, deliver to your current customers and put your money where your mouth is to all the customers who were wronged and then re-launch a honest business. If you right the wrongs you may be able to launch a new business. At this rate with a F rating not certain you will ever succeed. Still waiting,Thank you, ******

    I ordered a table from Fargo woodworks 7 months ago. I reached out a month ago and got a response of Ill get back to you asap and nothing. I contested the charge on my credit card. Do not order from them. Theyll rip you off.

    Fargo Woodworks exceeded all of our expectations! We wanted a custom live edge dining table for our new home, and the team really delivered. The table is absolutely stunning, with flawless craftsmanship and a perfect fit for our space. Its clear that they use high-quality materials and take great pride in their work.     If you are reading this, I hope its because you are doing your research in advance, and havent ordered anything yet. I wish I had been that smart, instead of just being conned by nice-looking ads. Last year I ordered a dining table. It arrived 9 or **************************************************************** all fairness, it is a nice table. Just one day after ordering the table, I ordered 4 chairs, based on the companys recommendation of an appropriate model. They never came. After ONE YEAR had passed, I inquired about the status of this order. They replied (eventually), apologizing and saying that they did not know what happened to it and would look into it as soon as possible. And that was the last I heard from them. Subsequent requests for a status update and finally for a refund were ignored. I had to initiate a claim with my credit card company for the amount I paid them. Fortunately, the claim was successful. I will never order from this company again and I advise you not to! If you do, you might get a nice piece of furniture, or they might just take your money, hold on to it for more than a year, and ignore you.
