    This company has been charging me a subscription for several months but I do not have any record of signing up. None of my email addresses are associated with the account, which also means I cannot CANCEL the subscription. There is no way to contact customer service to resolve this matter. I have been charged over $100 in subscription charges.

    This customer has just recently (0 minutes ago) contacted us via our ********************************** email address.  

     

    We make it super easy to find out how to contact us - it's right on our home page.  We also respond to every email within 24 hours, but typically in less than an hour.

    We will work with this customer in support to resolve her issue and have already responded to her.

    Similar to another complaint filed here, my son thought he was paying a one-time fee for help on a school project. Instead, the company proceeded to enroll him in a "membership" and charge him monthly until I caught the charge on my card. There is no customer service department or way to contact the company online. Although we attempted "canceled" online, the company continues to charge us. Complete scam.

    Hi -

    I don't have any record of this customer ever contacting us.  We make it VERY EASY for customers to cancel any recurring subscriptions - we do that specifically to avoid situations like this.  Here are 3 easy ways it can be done:

    1.  At anytime they can log into their account, click on 'My Billing' and then cancel their subscription.

    2.  They can use the 'Contact Us' link in the footer of our website to reach us at anytime.

    3.  They can use the self-help area of our Contact Us section.  On that page (https://www.help.mycreativeshop.com/) we have a dedicated 'Subscription & Billing' area that they can click on with step by step instructions for canceling their account.

     

    I'm unsure how we can make this a whole lot easier.  I don't see any account in our system under the email that this person has provided so they will need to follow one of these 3 steps above to reach our customer support team where they will be taken care promptly.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I HAVE canceled the subscription; I am still being charged. The account is under my son, ******************** I have attempted multiple times to contact this business via their "help" page - it is simply a bunch of links to documents that do NOT allow me to contact a human. How am I supposed to address the fact that although I "canceled" the account I was still charged this month? There is no working link in the "header" that puts you in touch with any human for a complaint or to solve this issue. I've alerted my credit card company to the fraudulent charges; again, as there is another identical complaint to mine at the BBB it's pretty clear that multiple people are having this problem. Further, it's a highly deceptive business practice to begin with, offering a service for a fee which appears in EVERY way to be a one-time payment and then "subscribing" the credit card for a monthly charge. It's not until you notice after several months that it's a recurrent fee; then it's quite difficult to cancel; and THEN once canceled I'm still being charged and there is no available contact at this company for recourse! I want a refund, I've notified my credit card company of the fraudulent charges, and I think the BBB should be aware of these deceptive practices.

    The last charge for this account was on July 11 @ 9:31PM. 

    The charges on July 11, June 11, & May 11 have been disputed with your credit card company already as of this morning.   That pretty much takes us out of the picture. They take the money from us immediately and hold it until they determine who should receive the money. So right now it's not even possible for us to refund the money to you.

    If you want to remove the disputes I'd be happy to issue you the 3 refunds of $19.95 that were each disputed.
