In October 2020 my husband took a voluntary early retirement package from ****************** The offer included a fsa account with $100,000. My husband passed away October *******. I had a debit card for 2 1/2 years that I could pay medical bills and buy OTC items. Earlier this year ***************** changed from Smart Choice accounts to ********************** Investments as administrators. I have never received another debit card. I can save and upload my receipts and be reimbursed. I am on a fixed, much lower income and not having a debit card is very difficult. Paying up front for everything is impossible for me. In May I paid for an injection for $285 and I just received the invoice so I can file for reimbursement. It has been 2 months that I to wait for my money back. I can't get glasses or hearing aids or anything I have to pay up front for. I have called Fidelity several times and they say everyone got a debit card but not beneficiary accounts. I really need my debit card back. When my husband passed, this account became mine. I have a lot of medical bills and this was main reason we decided to take early retirement in order to have this benefit. All I want is my debit card back. I really hope you guys can help because this isn't right. Thanks for your consideration.
