    worst company, lie to customers spent almost $100 for fee but no results contacting them for 10 days 2-3 hours a day on the phone but agents do not have computer skills all agents in *********** or in ***** Waist of time and money

    The worst compnay, you can't get a hold of them. they don't return your calls and they don't email you back. you fill out a form with your name and phone number and email address and they still don't contact the customers. very very poor customer service. i have been trying to get a refund back from them and they don't even contact me... don't trust this company, don't use them, i don't even want to put a one star for them but i think i have to or my message won't get through. terrible company just awful.. terrible..
