We first hired Boss Pizza Fargo for my daughters wedding reception about 8 months ago. The girl that we taste tested with said dont worry about a thing I have everything down and call 2 weeks prior for a count. Well my daughter called and the girl no longer works for Boss Pizza. The manager said there was nothing down that stated we were even there, but would make sure he would make it good!Boss showed up at 530 on October 11 and was supposed to be there by 5. Supper was scheduled for 530. They had no utensils and ran down to the gas station to buy some, only 1 set, so we only had 1 line for 220 people. We had some guests that ran over to a hotel for some more utensils and a guest helped start another line and while helping employees of Boss Pizza could smell pot on them.We had spaghetti and chicken *******, the spaghetti and ******* had no sauce, they both were dry, garlic toast was burnt, bread Stix we cold and chewy. Everything was cold. Ran out of ******* and all salad dressing half way through. We also paid for them $300 to serve the food and that didnt happen either.I expect some stuff to go bad but this was uncalled for. Ive asked ***** from Fargo Boss to return my call and he hasnt, so I called back and was on hold for 10 min. He never picked up the phone. I hung up and called back and they now have my number and asked me to hold without getting a word in. Really this is how a business is ran? I sure wouldnt want the word to get out about this if it was my *********** daughter is a head of the all the Sanfords nursing management teams that uses Boss Pizza for a lot of there catering needs. Thats why we hired you, you came well ************** has now been 2 weeks since wedding no phone from Boss pizza no apologies. **** ******** ********************* ************
