  Chris came out on March 4 and did an estimate for the work I needed done to remove the downspout on my house and put it on the other end of the gutter. The price was reasonable so I agreed to the estimate. He said he would return that same day if the color of the material was available in town. He returned in the afternoon with all the materials needed and worked in the horrible cold windy day and finished the work. I am very pleased with the great work that was done and takes away my stress of another flooded basement when the rains come in the spring.

  Chris truly saved our home, and we couldn’t be more grateful! During a house inspection, we discovered that the rafters in our attic were damaged—an incredibly dangerous situation, especially in the middle of winter. One heavy snow could have caused the entire roof to collapse, putting our family at serious risk. We were desperate. After calling over 20 companies and contractors, we were told the same thing over and over: 'No roof repairs in winter—wait until spring.' But waiting wasn’t an option in the face of Fargo’s notoriously brutal winters.
  When we called Chris, everything changed. He responded immediately, came to assess the damage, and assured us he could fix it—and quickly—before the next major snowfall. True to his word, Chris and his crew sprang into action. They first cleared the remaining snow and then worked tirelessly for 2-3 days, repairing every broken rafter and restoring our roof. What amazed us most was Chris’s dedication—he worked through frigid temperatures and high winds without hesitation.
  Not only did he fix the roof, but he also left everything spotless, even cleaning up the backyard. Chris is someone who keeps his promises. He’s reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about his work and his customers. Talking and working with him was a pleasure.

  Chris and the crew did a wonderful job on my roof and Becky and the crew cleaned up so good I was really impressed how they did it. I want to thank everyone for the great work they did on my house. I will recommend Accurate Repairs and roofing to everyone who would need repairs done. When everyone was done with everything it all look so beautiful.   Pam M 9/5/2024 Chris and Becky came today to do my entry way. Becky fixed the hole above my washer and dryer from the leaking roof before the crew fixed it. and she did a great job. Chris did a awesome job doing my door and the washer and dryer to look like brand new. I was really happy with my new entry way and the work that Chris and Becky did on my entry way was so awesome. Thanks Chris and Becky for my entry way it turned out so beautiful. I will recommend you two because of the great job you two did on my entry way.

  I hired Accurate Repairs to put a new roof on my house . Chris gave me a great price and I am very impressed with the job start to finish . They are very professional and I recommend them to everyone . They take great pride in their work and it shows .

  With its steep pitch and many valleys, we had a challenging roof to replace. Chris and his crew did a phenomenal job figuring out how to do it quickly and efficiently. Their work ethic and dedication were second to none. At one point, Chris and his crew finished the day in the pouring rain. I would recommend Accurate Repairs to anyone. In my opinion, I received a Five Star job at a Three Star price. Chris even suggested putting a gutter on one side of the house to eliminate a basement flooding problem. The addition of the gutter will prevent future damage and save me money in the long run. Admirable and Accurate, I will definitely use Accurate Repairs for any future projects!

  Chris did an awesome job chris is always on the jobsite with his crew, he had a good crew doing our roof. He had excellent prices and he’ll go above and beyond for you. He was able to get me in right away and than my neighbor hired him and he did his roof, we were both pleased, if there something you don’t like or want changed he’ll do it right away he is really easy and nice to work with and I would definitely hire him again for roofing, he was also able to replace and install a new skylights, something other contractors won’t do. They also cleaned up everything after they were done, using magnets to pick up any nails that may gotten in the rocks around the house. Thanks Chris I appreciate you and your team!!!

  Chris did a fantastic job. He worked hard from start to finish and offered great advice on to avoid future problems. His price was extremely good and I knew the exact total before the job was started. He also did a lot more work than the job called for out of kindness. I will always call and recommend Chris for ANY ROOF PROJECTS. He exemplifies what a great work ethic should be. Bottomline is he's professional, skilled and kind.
