    All over the website it states the products are made in ******* which the aglets are not.

    I recently tried to grant *** exempt status from them so I can purchase cordage *** free as a manufacturing business. I don't know what happen but their accountant keeps rejecting my resale certificate at all saying it's not the right form. I check with my other vendors and they all say the resale certificate is the right one. Their accountant really need a refresher course on ***es.

    I filled a cart with 12 items. Shipping stated some items could not be shipped to my address. Call customer support was required. I called customer support and asked several questions. The person could not answer all my questions and stated they would call me back right away. That was on Nov 28. I called back later in the day and their office was now closed. I called again the next day and left a message to call me back. I then emailed via their website twice. It is now Dec 12 and to date no one has called me back or replied to my emails. Extremely poor customer service. I have purchased their products via Amazon from 2 separate retail vendors. All have been received as ordered but it seems impossible to get anything direct from Paracord Planet.
