    My wife and I filed our personal and business taxes with this company. We have been trying over and over to get the person who is doing our taxes, and we never hear from her. Now I called this morning, and she still is not there. The secretary went to her desk and now there is a list of things that we are missing when we have been asking weeks for an update from a person who NEVER returns our calls.

    I apologize for the delay.  Our process is that we serve clients based on when their data is submitted to us.  You were in line to be completed as soon as possible.  The preparer did move you up in our queue based on your concerns but was working on returns with info received prior to yours.  We are a full accounting firm and do not only do taxes.  As our offices are only open 3 days per week outside of tax season, it was simply a scheduling issue that prevented us from moving forward on your returns.  I see now that you have chosen to go elsewhere for your tax preparation.  My apologies that you received less than satisfactory service from us.
