    This mightve been the worst experience *** had buying anything. In the first 5 months I had my car, I spent more in repairs than I did actually buying the car, and it has been to the repair shop 5 times as of now. The last time I took it in, the mechanic at the shop said it might not even have to correct engine in it. If you have any questions about my experience, please feel free to respond or contact me about it and I will gladly give you more details on my experience. Tried calling in multiple times, wasnt helped at all. Extremely frustrating experience, would never recommend this place to anyone.

    Drove 550 miles to get a pickup from them, before I left i asked if the vehicle had rust or any problems, they said vehicle was good no rust, no problems, I showed up to look at the vehicle and did find rust on the rockers, but decided to buy it, i was driving home and started having serious problems with the drive train, it's been over a month and have contracted corwin with questions and no response,Moral of the story is, corwin has junk vehicles, they will lie to you, very poor communication

    Went to Corwin Public Wholesale to purchase my first vehicle on my own a few years ago. I ended up with a 2015 ***** Equinox with 57k miles on it for 17K. I was pretty proud that I found a vehicle with such low miles in my price range. Now I know why it was so cheap. The month after I got it is when the problems began. I needed a new battery, new tires, oil change with filter, and the exhaust was extremely loud. I was having to top off the oil EVERY week to make it stop saying ********** Now, finally the timing chain with the engine is broken. It no longer runs. That is about a 1K fix, IF that would even fix the issue. Some mechanics mentioned even needing a new engine! I still owe 10K on this vehicle! Why did they sell me a vehicle for 17K if it was only worth 7K to begin with?! When I went in to talk to Corwin about this, the manager was saddened to hear that it was an Equinox that I was having problems with, because he KNEW they were not good vehicles, he even told his mother to not buy them!! I have tried communicating to them about what I can do about it and once they finally decided to get back to my call, they said that I can't trade it in without putting 2K down and they won't help me fix it either for a discount. I should be able to trust that this business is selling me a good vehicle without having to BUY a warranty. Now I have this vehicle collecting dust in my driveway for $330/month, which I wish could go to groceries or another bill that actually works! TERRIBLE VEHICLES FROM CORWIN! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Even mad at ********* for making this vehicle!

    This business is very terrible.I bought a vehicle from them in May. I called several times with no answer. I have texted the sales rep who sold me the vehicle.I texted numerous times, asking where my title is along with my license plates. They stated they were returned back to them and they would get them mailed out to me ASAP this was on July 2nd. Try to call today no answer I texted, no answer.Now that I sent a text stating that they were being reported to the BBB. They text back and try to help.. Why does it take the threats for them to reply. Yet just reply with a bunch of B.S.. and I still have not received my car title nor my plates.I would never recommend this business to anyone.. they just lie to their customers. My family who bought a different vehicle had the same issues with them. They had to contact a lawyer to get a answer from them.
