Want warranty work completed. Maintenance free decking where one board warped on facia over winter. Also complained about how vertical support beam wraps turn out and came apart over winter and contractor who was hired thru front street millwork was a no show on fixing it. Complaint was originally brought to the attention of front street mill works as they were the ones we bought product thru and they were the ones that hired Karske construction to build the deck. Neither Front Street Millwork nor Karske Construction has followed thru to make sure warranty work or bad install on vertical ***** wraps was taken care of. Karske Construction would repeatedly say he was coming then would repeatedly be a no show with no contact to us. Tried to get repairs done before winter set in but to no avail. Was never done. Project done fall of 2023. Was not satisfied with vertical post wraps right away and had ****** ********* at ********************** look at it and was asked if I would leave go till summer of 2024 that sometimes boards can go into place. ****** promised he would make sure correction was done if boards didnt come together better by summer of 2024. The boards didnt correct and even came apart worse and also facia board warped by spring of 2024. Called front street millwork spring of 2024 to come look and get fixed. I repeatedly had to call front street millwork as ****** never ordered facia warranty board and when he did it was a wrong board. We finally went into front street millwork and talked to manager who promised that is not how they do business and would take care of it. Nothing was ever done to fix my issues.

I got notified of the bad board i was currently working on other projects, then got i talked to them and was told a deck board was ordered they told me it was a fascia board it had to be reordered. Not sure when the new board showed up, then on oct 3 i broke my back in 2 place and didn't work for 6 weeks, and now we are playing catch up to get caught up, The board was not a bad install the exaptation and contraction pf a fascia board popped the screws that prodect expands and contract 3/16 of an inch screws will break. i will top over when the weather warms up and get it fixed

I am rejecting this response because:

The only reason I am rejecting Karske Constructions response is he was hired by Front Street Millwork to do the deck install and there

are inconsistencies with what he is describing and what front street millwork is describing as to what occurred to get my decked fixed

to my satisfaction. I don't want to close out till deck is fixed. Not only the facia board (which is covered under warranty) by decking Co.,

but also want vertical boards fixed to my satisfaction as they didn't look good from the time he finished.  I told front street millwork right

away that I wasn't satisfied with the vertical posts but was asked to wait till this summer to see if some of it corrected itself. I was ok with that

plan. I do agree that we should wait till the weather is warmer to do the fix/warranty work. That being said I would rather not close out this case

until fixed in the spring because to do so would say I am satisfied but till its completed I cannot say I am.

We closed on the house built by Ryan Karsky Construction of 12/8/2023. We have had some issues with the house. We have plumbing noise so loud in a basement bedroom, it can't be used. During the construction phase, I expressed concern about this with **** and was assured it won't be a problem as it would be insulated. **** came and cut a hole in the wall and threw in some insulation. This had very little effect on the noise level and now we have a hole in the wall. The location of the plumbing still makes the bedroom unusable and even effects the master bedroom directly above it. We discovered a leaking kitchen sink drain that caused damage to the cabinet base. We've been told multiple times it would be fixed, but so far that's been nothing more than empty promises. We have a few window jams that have damage. Again, were were told multiple times it will be fixed but it never gets fixed. Carpet installer told us the top of the stairs is suppose to have a cap on it as bare wood is exposed. Been told multiple times this would be fixed. Not fixed. We just want things fixed as they should be and the plumbing in the basement bedroom to be quiet as I was told it would be. I have email and text communications between myself and **** to support my complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:

It has been a week since I filed the initial complaint.  Nothing has been done to fix the issues and no correspondence from the builder.  I have messaged the builder that communication would go a long way in keeping things positive.  I don't know if they are working on the solutions or completely ignoring the problems.  So far there's been no action or communication.  Gives me the impression he's already got his money from my house build and it's the bottom of the priority list.
