      I vacated one of thier properties ************* on July 31st 2024. I moved to another state and they have failed to provide me with my 695$ refund for my deposit. It's been almost 2 months and I keep having to call to try to get my money I am owed. I left the unit clean and tidy when I moved out and did a walk through with a lady from there office and she said to expect the refund within 30 days.

      Spoke to ******* and let her know she should be expecting her overnighted check on Sept. 28th, also gave her the tracking number with ******* permission. Will be calling Monday the 30th if she did not receive it.

      When we looked at the place we asked about having central air since nothing was listed the girl that showed it to us said yes it does but turned out it has no air in here just heat we have two kids under 3 it is 90 degrees in here the ac doesnt fit took them back bought Fans and they arent doing anything asked them to move us and refused told us that being told it has central air is our word against theres its a safety hazard for kids when it is over ***** degrees and refuses to do anything about it

      We have released this individual from their lease, offered their deposit back after move out is complete, and allowed them to have their prorated July rent back. We did need time to get approval from the owner of the home to take action, such as potentially putting a/c units in the home.  Once that was denied we took action to get them out of the home so they can find something else.
