      I had Opp Construction install an irrigation system on my property on Golden lake. The first year went fairly well, with the exception of them driving over the wet lawn at blowout, leaving deep ruts. The second year at startup I had to pay a huge bill replacing valves and heads that had frozen because the system was not properly blown out. The third or fourth year they installed the pump at startup crooked, and it cut the center bearing out of the pump, which was another huge bill I had to pay. Two years later, the ******** couldn't get the pump primed, and switched back to the original pump which had been repaired by ACME. They still could not prime the pump until they talked with someone on the phone. (They were doing it wrong!). The repaired pump failed after two weeks. There was nothing wrong with the original pump, and they brought it back installed it and it ran for the rest of the season. Again, I had to pay for their incompetence. At the end of this season 2023, They are choosing to no longer service my area and they still have the twice repaired pump, which they claim ACME has, but ACME knows nothing about it.Most of the problem here is they send out guys that are not trained in the job they are doing. Then expect the customer to pay the bill when things fail.
