    I worked here for two weeks and this is how it went:I received almost zero training during every day that I worked at All Seasons, even on the first day. I wasn't even shown how to use the time clock. I was not given an I-9 or a W-4 the entire time I worked there. Everyone thinks they are the boss and everyone has a different way of doing things. There is no organization of any kind. Nothing is written down; no checklists or sign off sheets. Management (if you would even call it that) is a toxic mess. There is staff that has been there for years and staff there that has been there for weeks and they all said the same thing: the management is terrible and you will never make the owners happy. Not an hour would go by before you would get pulled to work on one project to a different project, and then the owners get upset you didn't finish the other projects. You would end the day 10 different tasks behind because different people would pull you from your work to do different tasks. They do not offer 15 minute breaks for 8 hours shifts, only a ***** minute lunch. During a morning meeting with the staff, one of the owners used the phrase "Are you out of your cotton picking mind?" The very next day I overheard a landscaper say, "Just n*gger rig it." Out of the many jobs in my life that I have had, this is the most unprofessional and disorganized I've ever been a part of.
