    I returned my order to the merchant over a month ago and still have yet to receive a refund, they keep emailing me saying they are checking with ***** every time I've asked for an update for the last 3 weeks... All I want is my money back.

    Here is the Outline of Events:

    Customer ordered product from us
    We delivered the product
    Customer decided you didnt want the product
    We provided a return label to return the product to Customer
    The label that was used was brought to a different location with different products in it

    The return label the customer used had garden rocks inside the package and not what was ordered from us. We have been working with ***** to see exactly what happened with the package. We are in the appeal process with ***** on this package as the initial claim was denied due to having different product in the package that went to a different location. We have told the customer we are in the appeal process with ***** which can take ***** Business days.

    As of now, we have no product that has been returned to us and the customer knows that we have nothing returned to us and are working on a resolution to see what happened but as of now the last time the product can be verified to be in someone's possession it was with the customer. The weight on the return also did not match the package that we sent out when it was claimed to be the same product as well so we are trying to rectify these discrepencies with ***** before coming to a conclusion.
