    Hired him to refinish hardwood floors in a 130 year old house, he partially sanded the floors leaving streaks. Then put the final finish coat on them. He told us he would charge us to redo them when he didn't sand them all the way down the first time. Removed a 5ft x 8ft section of floor to blend it in. He said he ordered wood but we never got it even though we paid for it. We paid 2300 to get on his schedule then a progress payment of 3500. We told him we wanted our money back on the progress payment he said no problem he would send us a check. This never happened. Will not answer phone calls or text.He left us with a badly finished floor that we had to finish ourselves due to time constraints. We had to hire another hardwfloor specialist to finish the 3rd level floor. We are out time and money. Also due to him removing our floor we had to put carpet on the portion that he removed. He filled broken floor boards with sand dust and glue instead of replacing the 5 inch long board.We trusted him didn't bother him when he was working, we assumed he knew what he was doing. He is a lying unprofessional, doesn't stand by his word.
