My name is **** ******, my phone #, ************, my email, ****************** On April 4th last year, I purchased (contract #*********) a ******* S921 Galaxy S24 from the BeMobile Store at **********************************************************************************************. It is an $800 phone that I was told I could purchase for $180 ($5 per month for 36 months) under a loyalty offer since we have been ******* customers for ***** years and have six lines in our family. I was told that I would be charged monthly for the phone ($22.29 per month) but that I would receive monthly credits that would bring the cost down to the $5 per month. After not seeing the credits the first month, I stopped back in the store, only to be told that it takes a month or two for the credits to be processed. After the second month, the same thing. Unfortunately, this went on for several months before I insisted that ******* support be called while I was in the BeMobile store. It was then I found out from ******* support personnel, that because I had not traded my old phone in, I could not receive the credits from *******. I informed both ******* support and BeMobile store personnel that I was not told that the old phone was to be turned in. I would have gladly turned it in had I been told. After numerous discussions with BeMobile in-store personnel, ******* support, all to no avail despite promises that a supervisor would call me, I am beyond frustrated. I suggested to the in-store personnel that since ******* wont honor the contract, I am looking to BeMobile to honor it! Im expecting a refund/reimbursement from BeMobile for the $620 difference since it was their employee who made the mistake by not telling me that the old phone needed to be traded in, and, even after I paid to have my information transferred from my old phone to the new phone, he gave my old phone back to me.

I purchased two IPhone 13 phones from BeMobile, a ******* Wireless Retailer on Friday, November 26, 2021. I purchased the phones with ***************** Friday trade-in promotion being offered. I was told that the two phones I traded in would cover the cost of the two phones I was purchasing. When I did not see a trade-in credit on my bill I visited the store to inquire about this. I was told that the Business Manager would get back to me. I never heard from them. I visited the store three more times to inquire about this trade-in credit. Finally someone submitted a form to ******* Offline to inquire about the trade-in credit. This was August 2022. In October I received a credit of $3.33 per month for the trade-in of an IPhone 6s Plus which I was told at the time of sale would cover the monthly device fee of the IPhone 13 I purchased. This is not what was reflected on my bill. I spoke to ******* customer service on 1/23/23 and after being on hold for over an hour I spoke to a manager who told me there was nothing ******* could do about this. I was deceived by the salesman at BeMobile who sold me the phone and then ignored and disregarded when I went to the store to ask about my trade-in credit. I was directed to call ******* customer service, which I did, and again received no help or support.
